A Kansas native, Dr. Steven Graham earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at Kansas State University. He then attended the University of Houston College of Optometry where he earned his Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree. Subsequently, Dr. Graham joined the military, located at Sheppard Air Force Base in Wichita Falls, TX, and earned the rank of Captain. After leaving the military, Dr. Graham moved back to Kansas to work as an optometrist where he had is own private practice for over 20 years. He was a member of the High Plains Eye Society and gave lectures both domestically and internationally. In 2021, he sold his practice and moved to San Antonio, TX to be near his son and grandson.
Dr. Graham has been married to his wife for 38 years and has enjoyed raising two sons and watching his two grandsons grow up. He was involved with Boy Scouts when his sons were younger, where he was a cubmaster and a Troop leader. Dr. Graham was a board member of the Mid-America Air Museum and is also a Paul Harris Fellow (Rotary).
Outside of the practice, Dr. Graham enjoys taking trips to the mountains, driving the Jeep trials, and playing golf. He also enjoys traveling internationally with his wife, visiting many countries on their bucket list.
